Technologies Required = D365 CRM 

Concepts Required = Power Platform, User Stories. Acceptance Criteria, Mapping Process Flow, Mapping Interaction Diagram, CRM Systems.  

Job Description:- 

• Good working knowledge of D365 CRM Sales and Marketing functionality 
• Awareness of Power platform and product offerings
• Should possess excellent Oral communication, Written communication, Interpersonal, consultative and Facilitation skills
• Should have excellent documentation skills
• Should have Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Should be detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Should talk to the customer, understand requirements, prepare documentation, groom backlogs
• Creates user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
• Discuss with all stakeholders (customer, technical team, and PO) to make sure that there is no gap at any level.
•  Should map the process flow, interaction diagram.
• Should participate in requirement gathering, assessment and troubleshooting, design, execution, reporting,  migration, customization, and configuration of CRM systems.
