Job Description: Test Manager
Location: SAN DIEGO (US:92123), CA

Requirements
– 3 plus years of hands-on experience in Test Management and working knowledge of HP ALM application
– 5 plus years of hands-on experience in Functional Testing/Quality Assurance
– 5 plus years of experience in coordinating and running the System Test, End to End (E2E) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for major release cycles.
– Hands on experience in supporting User Acceptance Test
– Must have working experience on creation of construction sketch using AutoCAD
– Working experience on SAP-CPD
– This position requires a Test Manager with strong communication skills and should be able to represent the Test team in Stakeholder discussion
– Experience working in projects that operate in Onsite/Offshore model
– The position requires Test Manager to perform Test Lead/onsite Co-ordinator activities like performing execution, lead the defect triages and communicate the changes with offshore team

Preferred Skills:-
– Knowledge of Energy/Gas Utility business or equivalent experience is a plus
– Familiarity with Automated Utility Design (AUD) which is an AutoCAD plugin
– Familiarity with Database
– Familiarity with NAS Repository, ProCore or Autodesk Vaul
