Job Description:
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Atlassian product knowledge – Jira, and Confluence
- Experience of working with SaaS/Datacenter instances of Atlassian products
- Ability to establish technical requirements and design Atlassian Products and tools
- Experience on migration tools and plugins like Project Configurator
- API and Programming skills and expertise in JQLs, Macros etc.
- Advanced Scripting preferably Automation for JIRA; Knowledge of scripting with Atlassian plugins like ScriptRunner, PowerScripts. is also preferred
- Knowledge and usage of common plugins and apps like Structure, Bulk Edit, Checklist
- Experience in integration of Atlassian tools with other Atlassian Tools like Bitbucket, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, CICD Tools like Bamboo and Jenkins,
- Very good understanding of effective usage and best practices related to project templates, issue type hierarchies, boards, dashboards and gadgets
- Experience in working in a transformation project that involves establishing digitized processes and best practices for project management, agile delivery & business operations, knowledge management & collaboration, devops way of working, and service management
- Experience in development of plugins or gadgets
